"China" was based on "Second nation of Abraham" that Abraham and some of his relatives were Chaldean. It was then "chi-na" meant "children of Chaldean" that was different from others with Chaldean family names (Chen, Chan, and more) that certainly some are of Abraham and the relatives of Abraham.

Firstborn
The very first firstborn in the Bible was Genesis 10:15 And Canaan begat Sidon his firstborn, and Heth.
Cain was born as the first recorded after the punishment to Eve. He was not the firstborn to Adam. Genesis 4:1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD.
Jesus came from Matthew 1:3 And Judas begat Phares and Zara of Thamar; and Phares begat Esrom; and Esrom begat Aram.
(Phares was not the firstborn of Judas.)
The Bible accounted for
The five books of Moses are Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. Moses did not cover everyone in the family tree of Noah.
In Luke explained as:

In John explained as:

In Daniel explained as:
Daniel 12:7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which [was] upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that [it shall be] for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these [things] shall be finished. Daniel 12:9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words [are] closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
About the guilt
In the Old Testaments:
